Where Oh Where Did The Confidence Go?

Apparently, all the small colleges around have decided that they no longer have enough confidence in their management tactics. I find it funny that all these occurences are happening at the same time. Maybe it's just another case of colleges trying to out do each other. Tusculum's story, similar to CN's, can be read here.
